I know a few transexuals. All of which are beautiful. The reason they take female hormones.
1) It softens the skin.
2) Slows down facial hair growth.
3) Causes them to grow breast.
If they take it for a long time, their testosterone will stop production.
Most do have silicone injected. While some go in and have implants.
We had a very famous one that lived her in Atlanta. Amber Richards was her name. Total Bitch from hell, beautifull, and made thousands of dollars working the clubs across the states. She died in a house fire. There was so much silicone in her that it kind of melted a little. So they had to push everything back in place for her funeral. The buried her in a $5,000 Bob Makie gown.
