Picture this
holding the bar standing up ala like a deadlift lockout. Lower down like your squatting, but keep the bar on top your thighs instead of lowering the bar to the ground. Then rise back up an dhold the bar back in your hands.

what do you guys think? I just tried it then with a broom handle and it seems like it would work
