Hey, all, just really quickly: IP is not feeling well. She finally took a day off to recover from not feeling well for the last 3 days. I'm trying to talk her into taking tomorrow off, as well.

Thanks so much for all the messages...she will be extremely happy and grateful that all of you have shown your support. You ladies are truly wonderful, and we are soooo looking forward to seeing as many as we can in July.

Thanks stick - it is so great to BE BACK!! You are very right he is absolutely wonderful. Not a day goes by that I am not just so thankful and feel absolutely blessed that I have him by my side!! :heart:

MY WIFE ROCKS at cardio. :garza:

She burned 710 calories in 45 minutes. She was on pace for 1000 calories in an hour, but we simply don't have the time to do that. Now consider this: I weigh SEVENTY pounds more than she does, and I only burned 750. If I worked as hard as she does on cardio, I would have burned 1000 calories in the same 45 minute time frame. She's simply amazing. Add the concept that she is STILL adding weight to her lifts while leaning out, and now you can understand why I am one PROUD and BLESSED husband. :D

That, and she's unbelievably freaking HOT and AMAZING... ;)

I'm happy with how things are going, and I'm definitely heading in the right direction. I'm really starting to wonder, though, if I can reach 9% while I'm out here. The inability to control food and inability to work out twice per day for that final stretch is making it extremely difficult. I have actually become fairly lean given all of the obstacles though!!

The big picture, though, is that I AM happy with the direction I'm going. :)

YEA!! HI Roony ;)

Yes, I listen to music and I am constantly changing the workout up with duration of sprints, speed of the sprint, etc. - I don't just do steady state (I get way too bored with that!!) heehee :verygood:
