Well...fish oil is already at about 14g...I may try replacing two egg whites with one whole egg in the morning, and see if that helps out!! Thanks so much fly!! I could also use some improvements on my skin and hair out here - they get so freaking DRY!! :kiss:

Today was an ok day...workout was wonderful! I was able to go in there, release some stress and some good ol endorphines!! whooaa :qt:
 
14g of fish oil is too much. I'd definitely decrease that and add in some good fats from another source. Maybe olive oil. 10g is the suggested limit for fish oil consumption.

You could always eat more almonds, natural PB, olie oil...yuuummmm.

Wait...you're from Texas? Where?

Yeah I should blast this work job and go hit the gym now while I have loads of energy!!

Hummmm - I actually ran out of NPB a couple of weeks ago (probably a good thing - that stuff is soooo YUMMY!!) I don't have any access to olive oil, but I do have a few almonds left which I have been eating the past few weeks. I may have to try eating one whole egg in the morning, to make up for the fat difference of the decrease in fish oil...if any of that made sense at all!!

I'm curious...where did you hear about the suggested limit on fish oil?
 
I'll have to dig up the links for the fish oil once I get to them, but I will post them here once I do.

The whole egg and some almonds would be a good thing! Do you have access to avocado?

Thanks girl - I really appreciate it!!

Alvocados are pretty few and far between, but when they DO have them I am ALL OVER THEM - YUMMY!!! :p
