Oooohh...isn't agility work fun? ;) Nice on the PRs! And congrats on the supersweet compliment! You totally deserve it!

Cheat meal...mmmmmm. :chomp: Have a good Thursday!

OHHH I LOVE agility work!!! It difinitely breaks things up and keeps thing from not becoming BORING!!

I am hoping to make a few more PR's today!! We shall see...

HECK YES - Cheat meal today!!! HIGH CARBS!!! Wasn't sure if I was going to make it through yesterday, but I did - whooaaaa!! :dance2: Hope you enjoyed your high day yesterday!! ;)

That is just so awesome - I am SO pleased for you

Thanks Mermaid...it truly is a blessing!! Thanks for all of your support and encouragement, in every area of my life, it has meant a TON to me!!

GREAT job girl!!! Keep on moving up!!! Throw some weights around and show them whose boss!

I am going to try my darnedest to keep moving up! Though, I have to be very careful, so that I don't embarass Nelmsjer TOO badly!!

Happy cheat meal day!!

You deserve it - Nice PRs!!! By the way, I shared a slice of home-made applesauce cake with the bf last night as my cheat. Somehow way back when, on some level- I knew my birthday would fall on a high carb day! Anyway, wasn't too much of a cheat, considering I knew the ingredients and the sugar was low. But it tasted sooooo gooooood!

I was also looking at your food log - I want to try working in a small apple on my low carb days - close to my workout time.

Ok so yesterday was another BUSY day for me at work. I ended up working two hours overtime (on top of my normal 12 hours) IP = Not a happy camper!

Also, I have been getting a HORRIBLE stomach ache by the end of the day for the past 3 to 4 days, and yesterday night was the worst...not sure what it is. It is complete with a nice bloating action in the stomach region as well!! I am going to try and not take the T-Rex today and see what happens.

I got on the scale today, and after getting down to 123lbs on monday, today was freaking back up to 127lbs (after THREE low carb days) not sure what is up with that, but anyways...I know that things are changing for the better, so I shall roll with it. :worried:

"10 normal 20 sec sprints"
Do you do these on a treadmill?
If not on a treadmill how do you know when you've sprinted for 20 seconds?
No, I do these sprints outside, the length is approximately 3 times the length of basketball court (down and back). :verygood:

I use my watch and I start on the top of the minute, usually finish about about 19-20 seconds after, and then I rest until it hits the top of the minute again and I start the process all over again. ;)

:heart::arty:HAPPY BIRTHDAY WOMAN!!!!! :arty::heart:
You couldn't have planned that better if you tried!! I am so glad to hear that you enjoyed it - I might need that recipie...it could come in handy some day!!

I absolutely love the apple before workout...it is fairly low in carbs, for a fruit, and it contains a good amount of fiber as well. PLUS, it has a nice sweet taste that is absolutely fantastic on those low carb days!! ;)

Hey IP! :)

Just a thought ... ever consider changing things up & shortening distance on these so you have push a little harder .. Not that I condone hitting 100% of max ALL the time b/c of injury, but you can increase intensity a few %'s by cutting back on distance, then bust them out ... OH & add reverse plyo kick backs to hit to glutes and nail those calves...

I will certainly consider it. Maybe I will try just running one direction, then rest half the time, and go on every 30 seconds, instead of every 1 minute. Thanks buns!! :bigkiss:

Morning IP

MORNING GG!!! ;) :wavey:

Variety is the spice of life... AND training ... I'm sure you know the recovery is JUST as important as the sprint ... Mix things up, you'll body will react to it, that's for sure :)
