Hey fellas, I have been getting harrases at work lately to design/build my supervisors diets. LoL I feel i have an obligation(besides them being my boss the one is very cute peruvian girl)

I know thier stats and everything so i know thier BMR's and shit i just dont know what kind of food i should recomend for women.

I mean, she has been good on diet. 3 cans tuna daily with her protein intake going up.

I told her
Chicken
Tuna
Shrimp
Fish
Steak

for protein and stuff. I also let her know the carbs she could eat.

BUTTTT she wants falovor. I was on Competition diet, so i didnt care, she cares somewhat about the taste of her food and i want to try to acompidate her.

What seasoning can she use? Lemon? Radishes? Katchup? Etc. Thanks for any help fellas!

First if she is watching her sodium she should not have 3 cans of tuna a day.
Chicken egg whites,tuna,salmon,haddock,tilapia,turkey,flank steak.are good protiens.
Natural almond butter or peanut butter,soy nuts,almonds good for the good fats she needs.
Sweet potatoes with spray butter and cinn, same can be put on brown rice.
Ms Dash seasonings can go on everything for extra flavor and they even have 10 min marinades now that are great.{very low/no sodium}
Balsamic,Red Wine,White Wine vinegars are good for flavor, Garlic can be used on so much too!
Lite soy sauce,reduced sodium chicken broth,no fat dressing{but check sodium}

for seasoning... ms dash... there are a tons of different flavours and there is 0 calories and 0 sodium in them.... also I add fresh salsa to EVERYTHING!! salads, chicken, eggs etc... hope that helps
