Hello, I will be working 2 different jobs for certain reasons for the next 5 months. one is from from 6:30-2:00 and the second is 3-11pm. I will be taking a 30 a minute nap at each job. both jobs are finance jobs and I will be in a desk in front of a PC all day long as well.
Im looking for diet and supplement tips/suggestions to help me through day more along the lines of being as healthy. Ive been into bbing and powerlifting, not looking to get cut or gain size, but can anyone suggest any supplements or food one should take in my situation?
I will be doing 25 minutes or cardio every day and some push ups, pull ups light dumb bell movements (under 55lbs) for my workouts

general men's vitamin
fish and flax oil
4000 mg of vit C
diet, lots of veggies, protein shakes, alot of water. but any suggestions Im open
