I'm looking for a product that does what Syntrax's Syntrabol and fuzu say they are supposed to do.... Has anyone had luck with those products? I've been on the them for about 3 weeks and I'm starting to notice a difference now, but I was wondering if people know of a product that works HANDS DOWN, and not just relying on those articles with the one person some products work on... or the (LOL) musletech products that ADD 17 POUNDS OF SOLID MASSS IN 7 DAYS!!!!!!! yeah that guy musta fucking chewed down a few iron plates while he was at the gym and only crapped out about half of them... ANYWAY... any help is greatly appreciated, and thanks in advance :) :D
 
Steroids.

im not joking.

Anything else will give you minor gains.......and a empty wallet.

Nothing will replace a good hard work out, followed by good post work out nutrition, followed by a good rest and proper eating.

Creatine and glutimine.........IF YOU CAN FIND THEM CHEAP.
but other wise........most supplements are a joke.
 
I really don't want to take the risks involved with jucing :eek: But thanks for the replies... So you really think most products are that much of a joke or is that just personal opinion?
 
Andro=side effects of roids......with no gains
tribulus=GREAT supp. but only works if you have low T levels.
Most other supps work great in lab rats and 90 year old women and people who have never worked out.

what other supps were you thinking of?

All of them cost so much money........and offer so little in return.

FLAX SEED OIL.......has to be the only exception.


with supps usually 1 bottle of whatever will equal the gains 1 month of hardwork...........if that. some give you an additional week of gains. why make 5 weeks turn into 4 weeks for the cost of an arm and a leg. I would rather take the 5 hard weeks. and spend my money on something else.........and not a muscle mag or flex mag. they got more lies than the bible got psalms.

I didn't really have any specific supplements in mind, I was just wondering what I should be taking... As of right now I'm taking Whey protein (Ion exchange - the good shit), and a multivitamin... It doesn't seem like much 'cause it isn't much but that's because I didn't want to start on supplemnts that cost an arm, a nut, and a leg that are only going through my boddy and not helping with anything... So I didn't have anything in mind, but I was wondering, more, what some good mass gainers to take without getting extra fat on... I'm not looking to make 30 pound gains in 1 week, and yes I am worried about putting on some extra fat, that's why I don't mind taking my time... Thanks
 
Well, you said you really don't want to gain fat but I think you should try a supplement by Prolab called N Large 2. The stuff worked wonders for me. I gained 10 pounds on it. Some of it was muscle and some was fat. It is around 600 caleries in water and 700 in milk. Oh yah, it has 52 grams of protein per serving. Also the chocolate tastes pretty good, and the vanilla is ok in milk. Over the years I have tried a lot of weight gainers and by far I think N Large 2 is the best tasting. Like I said, it worked for me and I am a hard gainer. It took about two months to gain the weight but it was worth it. It is also pretty cheap.
