I want to get as vascular and shredded as possible..

Alright guys, I am 27, 6'2, 215, 7% body fat. Like the title says, I am trying to get as shredded and as vascular as possible. The kind of ripped where the girls say it's gross, and the guys all thing it is awesome. So this cycle is for the bros.

Cycle history is pretty simple. I started popping PH's back in the day like they were tic-tacs. I have done a lot of cycles in my short time on this earth, and many of you may cringe at what I am looking at running.

The lowest body fat I have ever achieved was 4.1%. I am looking to get down there again. To help me with my goal, I am looking at stacking the following drugs.

Equipiose
Tren E
Masteron E
Winstrol Depot (oil based)
Halotestin
Stano
Clen
T3
Keto

Looking at something like this:

1-8
Test E 500mg week
Equipoise 800mg week
Masteron E 600mg week
Tren E 400mg week

9-16

Tren E 600mg week

You forgot the kitchen sink...lol...good luck but dude... I am 52 you will get older. I never touched this shit until my 40s. You know how may guys have health issues at my age.... I don't ... That is one hell of a cycle bro, you are old enough and experience enough so if you don't care about long term health or potentially being on HRT at 30, then go for it.

The only tweak I would make is to stay constant on Test @500mg EW, no point bumping it up, the test is there to maintain normal dick function and whatnot, bumping it up would not help you in your goals, considering you are running masteron at 800mg and tren @ 600mg.

God my insides are hurting just looking at the doses. Good luck

What's the rationale behind getting to 4% BF?
 
I want to get to 4% or below just for the since of accomplishment. I don't plan to stay there for long, but I want to get there. What's the difference between prepping for a show, and doing something for yourself?

Why is it overkill? What would you do?
 
Personally I have run cycles almost as big in the past for comps. First change I would make is after the first 8 weeks I would change all long eater to short esters this will help you dry out and get grainier. Second I would do more test than mast. Mast is great when you are calorie deficient. I wouldn't add mast until week 8 either. This is just my opinion. Also I don't touch arom unless I have to I do nolva every other day and on conjunction days I take arim. You need to have some estrogen in your body to help from injury.


People who think they know everything are a great annoyance to those of us who do.
 
Thanks for the advice brother! I actually thought about switching to shorter esters, but didn't know how to work out the EQ.

What would you think. 200mg eod of Test Prop, Tren Ace, Mast Prop, and EQ?
 
That's overkill on gear. Its too much, reckless, and unnecessary. Unless you are prepping for a competition, 4% is too low to go for body fat. Its unhealthy to try to maintain very long.

Yes, and it is nothing but a waste also. Like we have discussed several times in the past that Tren is a comprehensive drug, it covers everything. Mast and EQ have no place in the same cycle as Tren, period...
 
Cut the eq add primo in it place and u about got it. I say looks good but eq depends some on genetics and that's what i say would work best for me.
I my self hate hate take that many shots

4% body fat can be achieved just look at the people in forced labor camps who got that low, that's great you want a sense of accomplishment but what are you really accomplishing by doing that if its unhealthy? I agree with a couple of guys on here that's it overkill.. you can't just throw a bunch of steroids together and assume they will help you reach a specific goal like that. it doesn't work like that at all.. you might end up sick after its all said and done because of such a huge amount of harsh compounds all together and your wallet will also pay a price.

also at the very least running a keto diet with those harsh compounds you will feel like utter shit because you will be starved of carbs and energy. you won't even feel like lifting which isn't a good thing bro and I can almost guarantee you won't sleep very well either, in fact I can 100% guarantee it. if its not the sides from the compounds its gonna be the shitty sides from the keto and being hypoglycemic that whole time.

Gemelli walks around at 5 percent or so year round and he doesn't compete.

Give the guy a bit of a break. He's got a good goal that is a difficult challenge that most on this board will never achieve or even come close to.

You can use the Eq all the way up to two weeks before you drop water. Or you could use eq cyp that will keep you dry.

the OP thinks if he throws a bunch of shit into a blender it will taste like a chocolate smoothie

it doesn't work like that, which is why guys are being hard of him. all he will end up is dead on that ridiculous cycle

tren + halo alone is insane. hell tren + superdrol is insane. not only is he stacking tren plus halo at strong doses but also like 10 other things. his blood pressure is going to double and his cholesterol will be at 300

Do you always make generalized assumptions like this? You literally know nothing about me, my training, and diet. I am sure I am nearly 225 pounds at 7% body fat because I follow a shitty diet and just use a shit bunch of drugs.

You can do what you want bro, but I just don't see the sense in trying to get to a body fat level that can't be maintained long and is unhealthy. 6-8% looks incredible and can he maintained easily with the right diet and training. I know this because that's the range I am in year round. I get to 4% for a show, but I am hating life when I'm that lean, feel like shit, and I'm starving as soon as I finish a meal. No way I would do that other than for a competition.

As for the drugs, there's just too many in there. I wouldn't recommend any more than Test/Tren/Mast/Winny. That's all you need so drop the other shit. That's all I ever use for prep

first off I never made any generalized assumptions about your diet or training

second off its the cycle you are running that is ridiculous, I never said anything about anything else you were doing which i'm sure is great. you are the one making assumptions, not me.

go back and re-read the post again and lose the attitude. its obvious you aren't going to listen.. go ahead and run that cycle, i'm in for the train wreck. I just hope you have damn good health insurance cause you are going to need it

everyone on the internet drives a Ferrari and is 250 at 6% body fat. if you are going to post up outlandish stats you need to back it up with pics, no one is going to be impressed until you do so. and if you are who you claim to be then why would you want to fuck up your health and do such a cycle in the first place? that's the part that nobody on here gets.
