Help me here bro's,my legs are toothpicks and i cant get em to grow,i get only strength increase but they wont grow,make me a leg workout routine.but no squats in it because the gym where i workout has only old and weak people so its not fun to have these kind of people as a spotter,and i hate to do heavy squats without a spotter.

but do you have access to a Smith machine? I squat using one for a change up sometimes and for one reason or another I feel in more in my quads that I do regular squats.
