I Want A Pizza!!!!!!!!!!!!

healthy choice makes some good frenchbread pizza...about 360 cals, made with low fat cheese and stuff. they're very good too.:)
 
I believe there must be one cheat day a week. of course cheat day doesn't mean you can devour everything you see. It means you can indulge in one or two things you don't eat the rest of the week. When I have pizza I like it marinara style, that is thin crust, tomato sauce, oregan and no cheese. remember it's the high fat and sodium mozzarella (or better fake mozzarella because it tastes like crap) that makes you fat, not the pizza itself
 
Having grown up on authentic NY pizza, I can't eat the frozen stuff they tote as pizza...but on cheat day, about 50% of the time, I have pizza from my favorite Italian resteraunt. I have ONE slice with a nice salad. If you feel like you've gotta have that something you crave, just have it on your cheat day and don't eat a ton of it...just enough to satisfy the desire and fuel your body.
 
Everyone should not be so anal when it comes to a cheat meal.
iF you are eating clean that cheat meal will do you more good than harm.
When ever i eat a cheat meal i am stronger and fuller for a couple of days.
If you knew what a lot of the pro's ate off season you would be suprised.

I don't like feeling full. It actually hurts! Besides, I'm talking about a real pizza...large slices, not those little wimpy fake pizza's. Nice thin crust, lotsa sauce, a nice cold draft beer to wash it down...mmmmmmmmm! A few good burps after the meal and I'm sitting comfy. ;)

Eat 3 grilled chicken breasts and shut the fuck up. That's what you do. Deal with it.

I agree. If you have a goal to reach then you do not cheat! You figure out what you macro requirements for each day are....then figure what foods and how much of each you need to eat each day and do not eat anything other than that food!! Once you reach your goal....reward yourself with a few bong hits and a pizza :fro:
