When i go on my bulking up i go on a see food diet when i see food i eat food no matter what i sit down a stuff my self. then the next day i hit the gym and do more than i did the next day because you have more in your body each day to do more reps or weight! if you are cutting down heres a great way to make a pizza! Get somw wheat flour add some water and a little bit of crisco and bake it then put you on some tomato sauce with some pizza sauce erbs top with chicken or turkey! and judt eat up!!
Make your own wheat bread.. mold it in to a pizza crust, sprinkle a little bit of low fat cheese (if any), healthy toppings... and you'll be allright.. might be high in carbs though, but still a lot healthier then the store bought ones
Forget pizza. My cheat day is limited to a cheating dinner. I eat perfect all day, but when dinner comes around, I eat about 5 peanut butter and jelly sandwhiches.
hey im allergic to milk and if i eat pizza i go to eagles pizza its owned by a family i know! so i go in and order a small pizza with no cheese or peperonies. I sub the peperonies with either chicken,tuna,or shrimp id this ok? i know its alot better than a regular slice of pizza!
