but how do I do it???
I lost almost all of my baby pounds, but have say 7 more to go. My tummy is nice and flat when I stan but kind of puggy whenI sit. I will take some pics in a bit. Anyways. What should I do. Tred mill? sit ups?

Hi Daisy!! When you sit & grip the "pudge" is it just skin?? Cuz everyone's stomach "pudges" a bit when they sit.....

Hopefully, DG can chime in as a new mommy....did you ask your Dr. what you can do or are there no restrictions at this point??

Ya, it's a bit more then just skin, I would have to say. I got super lucky and didn't get many stretch marks. I couple tiny ones the size of my pinky nail at the bottom of my appendix scar. Nothing really noticable. So bikini is on my mind! :) I have not been to my 6 week check up as of yet, (hasn't been 6 weeks) But I am just assuming things are good to go. I wont be doing anything drastic as of yet, but would like to get going on something.

Its gonna take some time for the body to go back to as 'normal' as possible. I lost everything in about 4 weeks.

I would implement some light weigth training (if your doc clears it) And take a look at your diet. Drink ALOT of water and keep your skin well hydrated.. this will also help for stretch marks, I had some that didn't show until months down the road.

NO WAY! Stretch marks afterwards? Sucky! I Can't wait to have a nice bod again this summer, I would say I am still skinny everywhere just a bit of fat not much in the tum area. I weigh in about 108 and was 98 to 100 before baby. I was up to about 132 while pregnant so I am not doing to shabby.
What is the quickest way to get that extra bit off?

Safest way would be diet (clean eating) and exercise 3-4 days a week. I think you prolly have some loose skin and not as much fat as you think. Your body is prolly still holding on to some water too. you can also try yohimburn :)

You must be so teeetiny... how tall are you. I haven't seen 108 since .. damn a long time. I'll have to post a pic of me when I was that tiny.

Hello Daisy, how's the baby??

I think the last time I saw 108 I was in, damn, I don't remember (I went from 90 to 125 in a flash. lol).

I agree with Frisky, clean eating and exercise will get rid of that extra weight.

I'm around that too and I'm packing on about 140 LOL! :worried:

teehee...

Start with the clean eating, space your meals out and try to get 5-6 small meals a day. Drink a gal + of water.. and start slow with moderate exercises and weights. It won't take long to get those last lbs off, don't worry. Just don't get to frustrated ;)

Especially if you have some loose skin or if you've had some significant weight / bodyfat losses, the skin will need a little time to catch up. You shouldn't have any problem w/ that - just keep the diet & training going and don't get frustrated. The results come, but not necessarily all at the same time, all visibly and all when you want them. I was struggling w/ some loose skin around my waist even at 7% bf a couple days pre competition. Diet & even consider some Yohimburn.
