i am currently 23% bf wana get down to 19-18%..suggestions neone?
i have a clean diet, 6 meals per day, low carbs etc
weights 4xp/w
cardio walking everyday 45-60mins sometimes split 45mins am 30mins pm

When walking is considered exersize all is lost. Do some real cardio and make sure you have your calorie intake under control. Just because you're eating 6 times a day and low carbs does not mean you are having a low calorie intake. remeber you body can loose weight eating butter as long as you have your calorie intake under control. Of course you still look like shit! hehe
ive only recently stared walking b/c a PT told me that it would be better walking everyday at 70%MHR as your bosy will take nrg from your fat stores instead of carbs.
I dunno..some people on this board say yes others no..still confused. I have lost 2kg..but i will get my bf checked this w/end
You got to get some more calories in you bro. Give us your stats first off. Do your cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Are you on low carbs or no carbs?? Try doing the keto diet for a month or so, and see where you stand then. There is a wealth of knowlege out there. Do a search on diets and you will see. Good luck

i also do weights first thing in the morning.
Is there any point doing two sessions per day? ie if ive already done cardio in the am is it pointless to do it at night as well?

ie soy milk 1 apple in morn
rest of day is just salad and green veges
