I think to rap this up "My supps" I will simply say a few words.
Lee Priest
Shawn Ray
Arnold Schwarzenegger
and all the others that we don't know about. Arnold has kids, Lee will one day, and Shawn... well we don't know about him.
I'm not sure what damaging effects you are referring to, but I'm 21 now, and working part time in the medical field while earning my degree with the hopes of being a chemical engineer at some point, so I mean, maybe your right...??? What are you? A garbage man or something?
Anyway, if you think those guys are exceptions because of their good genetics, most would call my height and weight at age 17 decent genetic dispositioning.
Your post might have had a bit more intelligence if you simply stated, "Those who have not built a solid foundation, or those who do not know how to train or eat correctly, should not be here." Putting an age range on that however is ridiculous! I went from 140 lb. to over 220 lbs in 4 years...Gee, I guess I haven't built a good solid natural foundation. LOL.
Maybe you should check into the post "Why reach your natural potential naturally?" even in arguments against it, they give way to the fact that there is absolutely no scientific evidence to suggest you will harm yourself or hinder gains by not starting at the last step.
We all only have so many years of existence in our lives. Why not walk around in those years as a big dog, as opposed to waiting until you reach some predetermined age range? While I think 17 is too young for 98% of the population, I added 80 lbs in only four years of training...I don't fit into that 98%! Accept the fact you have inferior genetics for size...not only muscular size, but apparently brain nerve conductivity as well.
I don't think there's any room for rational posts here, so I will just leave you to your bickering, since that is what it seems you enjoy to do with your free time.
