Bro i buy the low fat kielbasa sausage and eat the shit out of them with horseradish, dill relish, mustard and saurkraut, it's pretty tasty. Also add diced bell peppers, non fat mozarella and fat free ham to ur eggs. Like u said mustard is huge on lots of stuff. THey make a few dijon mustards that are low sugar and low calorie u'll see at the store which taste pretty frickin good. And i throw reduced fat parmesan into my brown rice and beans. I do my own spice mixes instead of using salt with paprika, garlic, chili powder and cayenne that adds a nice kick to anything.
