I need some bicep injection info. Share your knowledge instead of just viewing.

Be careful

A friend of mine developed cysts or an infection (cant remember exactly what it was) from injecting suspension into his biceps with a 1/2 in needle and had to get tissue removed from both of them. His biceps are a tad fucked up now for life.

I much rather get tissue removed from my ass or upper theigh if something ever did happen from injecting. Im sure if you are super careful though you can avoid any problems. I just dont see the benefits of injecting in your biceps to begin with.

thanks Daeo but are they painful injections....meaning are you sore afterwards?

I'm only sore for about 5-6 hours afterwards. The injections don't hurt a bit. It's the cramping you get afterwards that some people gripe about. You'll get used to it. It's really the only injection I look forward to anymore. To me the pain isn't bad at all and I'm a wimp when it comes to needles... :bawling:

I use a 1/2" 29 gauge pin, I've injected up to 3'cc's in my bi's and 3 cc's in my tri's all at the same time then I go in and pound a high rep arm workout to force lots of blood into the area. This gives you a very hard pump. I don't get sore on deca but can't hardly move my arms when I use sust., to each is own. Experiment, just make sure you asparate and move your way up slow. My buddy can't take as much as me because his arms become distorted so it's an individual thing.
