i need help

the best and quickest way to enlarge my muscles (NOT USING STERIODS)

PLEASE SOMEONE GIVE ME ADVICE eg more weight less reps or more reps less weight ?????

Don't think there is a quick and easy way mate, trying lifting progressively heavier weights, for this is what builds larger muscles aim at the 6 -8 rep range go for failure.

Eat plenty, get your proteins carbs fats, and atleast 8 hours kip at night
 
That’s what everyone is looking for mate! There isn’t a magic pill or anything (well there is, but you don’t want those :) )

Read through this site and look at what people are saying. Pick a good training program to follow, some excellent ones at the top of the page in Spatts’s sticky. You will also need to pay attention to your diet, making sure you are getting enough calories with the macro nutrients in the right ratios, with at least a gram of protein per pound of bodyweight (some would say more) split throughout the day.
 
your muscles will either grow from progresively more weight at a rep range of 6 to 10 or getting more reps of a same weight.

If I was you I would look at your diet make sure that is right and there would be no reason why you wont grow all over.

A good routine for bi's and tri's would be:

Standing ez bar curls 3 sets 8,8,8
Incline dumbell curls 3 sets 8,8,8
one arm preacher curls 3 sets 8,8,8

Close grip bench press with ez bar 3 sets 8,8,8
French curls 3 sets 8.8.8
One arm overhead dumbell extensions 3 sets 8.8.8

If you do bi's and tri's together then superset a tricep exercise with a bicep exercise.
