It depends on the look you want. What is your goal?
If you want to look more fit and defined I would tend to agree at dropping 20-25 lbs of fat but adding 10-15lbs of muscle it wont happen all at once but over time it is very achievalbe.

I want to lose the fat and look a little toned not too much though. I would like to have a little muscle. Main area's that I think I need to lose the most fat would be on my back and my tummy and also my thigh's. I'm just not sure what workouts I should be doing for each individual part.
