I need a good cheat meal from when I get

MMMmmmm Thanks mighty mouse. Went with fried crab wontons, Shrimp lo mein, and some of the chunkiest hot and sour soup ever. For desert, Powerade juice cherry! I feel stuffed. I will probably spend the entire day tommorrow doing cardio but man was it worth it!

its the shit bro.but some shops make it great and some suck.I base all Chinese joints on there crab ragoon.if it sucks I wont go there again.

tell them no rice and no beans, and add extra lettuce and sour cream

its one of the healthiest SUPER HIGH FIBER cheat meals you can have.

Try to have them give you a whole wheat tortilla, many places dont have legitimate ones though.

I eat a hundred steaks a week I think. I dont think of them as a cheat meal Beef has a higher BV than chicken just a little more fat dependant on the cut. I eat tons of sirloins! It does your body good!
