i just started my ECA stack today ...

so what are some good or bad things you can all tell me?
Things I am curious about is

How effective is it?
Does it make you sort of starve yourself?
Will it make you too awake to sleep at night?
If i do 2 hours of a day will I notice changes quickly and will it help me to sleep easier at night?
How will it affect my eating?

well i do an hour of elyptical machine or stairsmaster in the morning and at night i do weight training with dev. 4 days a week and the other three i do cardio again for an hour.

you can say i have been doing this off and on not totally dedicating every moment but seriously becoming serious lately.
I have goals im trying to reach and anything less at the moment seems like a waste to me.
I feel the need to conquer at least until i get into a stable pattern that gets me rollin in a positive direction.

i took my eca this morning early.

My real reasons for the questions was due to the fact that i am a continually recovering narcotics addict and worry about the ephedra affects. I dont want to feel like im cracked out again - that is the worst feeling in the world.
 
back off the extra cardio(non-training) at night...

Possible Effects of Ephedra?
jitters, shakes, hyperactivity, insomnia, thirst, headaches, nausea, inability to focus, sweats, appetite suppression, anxiety, high blood pressure, heart palpitations

Do as Shadow says - drop tha excess cardio. This is SO not working for you. Excess cardio will NOT get you to your goals faster. Being more stict with diet will help MUCH more than excess cardio. Too much cardio, in a caloric deprivation state, will contribute to muscle loss.

Increase the INTENSITY of the morning cardio BEFORE adding more at night. If you MUST do something at night, take up Yoga or stretching.

yep...too much cardio will ramp up CORTISOOL- that will literally EAT leanmass
