I've had many a person try to convince me to start wearing a MP3/CD player. But I can't do it. Don't think I'll ever do it. For gawd's sake, Ko (my BF) and I are yelling words of encouragement, form, etc. at each other. And I don't dare go into O-lifting with one of those gadgets....
