Why did I put a pic of myself showing my body? I'm straight and happy with my body. I have a long way to go to meet my goals and not near the level of most people on here. Why does anyone put a pic up on here showing their body?

Maybe it's like a car discussion board and we are popping the hood to show our work. I would never put that pic on FB but most of my friends don't workout or appreciate fitness. I'm proud of my progress at middle age coming off a shoulder surgery. Also, many of you contributed to my recovery.

Maybe I'm also using that pic as motivation so I can improve on it over time. What you got under the hood SD?

Since we're on the topic of cool fucking stories, my four year old won a blow up dolphin playing some "guaranteed win" kids carnival game at the state fair today. They aren't stupid. They have an addiction, which addiction is mostly based on underlying unaddressed mental health issues. They pretty much are self medicating with substances.
