You may have seen me tonight on VH1's Tool Academy. I wasn't allowed to say it until the show aired tonight, but I am Ryan (Matsuflex) on the show.

yeah the haters are getting at it on the dirty.com but that's expected...no worries-it unfortunately for them makes me more in demand so I appreciate all comments! As much as I would like to be huge and bulk up that's not really my body type so I try to stay a lean 170 around 6 percent body fat at 5'10" don't get me wrong I definitely admire the guys who can bulk up and look like monsters! but for me I just want to stay solid and vascular. I have a very clean diet, sunday's being my cheat/carb loading day. All questions are welcomed...and no I'm not gay! haha

3), for those of you who dont understand how reality shows work, they are really just shows for new actors to launch their careers and get themselves out there. hes probably not a tool like that IRL, he just has to put the front on for the role.

although, i will nver watch that show, cause it looks gay as fuck...just wanted to play devils advocate and challenge the jealous haters who dont understand how reality TV works
