THEN I TRIAN MY CALVES ONCE A WEEK FOR ABOUT AN HOUR SOLID...I HAVE SEEN SOME PRETTY NOTICIBLE GAINS...BUT THEN AGAIN I DO BELIEVE THAT GOOD CALVES HAVE TO DO WITH GENETICS.
Come on B Fold...if I can train calves I know you can train them. You wouldn't want me to out do you......would you? Just kidding...you look great....if my calves were that lean I would be happy. Lady

Speaking of walking on toes, did anyone ever try those elevated toe shoes for training? you know, the one Kramer wears in a Seinfeld episode when he is mistaken for a "slow" person? They actually do put a lot of tension on the calf, but nothing you would hafta buy $70 special shoes for, walking on the toes could be equivalent......just make sure nobody's watching
Ok...so I do have veins in them, front and back...but...I remember training calves with ladyluck a few years back and she punked me out. She was not stronger..but could do the reps much much easier than I could.
My calves are still bigger though...must be those 17 shoes.
training calves is boring liketraing abs,.....it's something when you see people with the huge diamond calves and have never tained.....don't you just hate em'.....
