I hate natural peanut butter

Bor, if you think that tastes bad, you're gonna have a tough time cutting :) Sometimes you have to grin and bear it for the sake of getting to where you are going. I don't use peanut butter as a part of my cutting diet anyway. Too many calories in exchange for too little protein. I wish you the best of luck though.
 
Have you tried almond "butter"

it is like PB but made w/ almonds

Tastes way better :p
 
I have noticed some store brand ANBP is bleached, do you think this effects its nutrient breakdown? I dont buy it because who the hell cares about how it looks, and the more natural the better I am assuming.

Bleached = w/o most of the good nutrients (vitamines, minerals, fiber)
 
I eat skippy peanut butter when bulking, btw the low carb skippy is a rip off. It cost twice as much and they only reduced the carbs from 7 grams to 5 grams per serving. When cutting I wouldn't touch any peanut butter, even natural, cause you are getting tons of fat and calories in such a small amount of food, it doesn't make me feel full at all, and I'm still hungry, even if I consumed tons of calories.
