I hate eating!!

Help! I just don't feel like eating! Not even cheat food! I would rather just have shakes! I know that's bad but and I am forcing myself to eat real food but it's hard!!!!

Anyone have any ideas to jack up the old appetite.

I am on Havoc, Propadrol and Phyto-Test in my 3rd week.

You can have shakes.

I mean calories are calories..

you can change it up

like 2 scoops of whey..
1 cup oatmeal
+ healthy fat

or
2 scoops of whey
1 banna
berries

and so on...

nothing beats real food but calories are calories

i assume the orals are killing the appetite...
 
hmm...waiting on test to get there? No offense bro, but you couldn't possibly think about using steroids on a shake + carb/fat type diet. In order for you to make it a positive experience, you have to vary your intake of amino acids. Shakes are a terrible way to eat all day. At the most, 3 are fine, but all day?
 
Cooking & grocery shopping daily always make me hungry, I'm usually eating by the time I hit the car... treat yourself to some nice seafood that always renews my lust for food
 
There is an issue with taking in most of your calories in the liquid form. Our bodies are not designed to recognise liquid calories.

This is now being considered to be one of the factors for the current obesity crisis.

On the flip side, you are not going to get as much benefit or nutrients from taking in just shakes, there are so many micronutrients, phytonutrients, fiber etc that is found in eating a wide range of foods.

How about getting a cookbook?

It makes ALL the difference knowing how to cook, it is an artform really.

It is tough at first, but it gets easier, you learn all sorts of time saving tricks as well.

Thanks Tat! It's not that I don't know how or what to cook. I used to own a cafe. It's that I didn't feel like eating. I just couldn't force myself to eat! I have since found that one of the sups I was taking had stuff that suppressed appetite! DUH!!! I am doing better now!!!!

Need to figure out how to boost your matobolic rate and stimulate your appitite...You shouldnt eat if your not hungry but you cant grow if you dont eat....see what Im getting at?
