surpisingly, my allergies have had minimal effects on my strength(except in my legs)
for example, today my bench went like this..
175 x 3(pr), 165 x 3, 160 x 3, 155 x 3 155 x3 on bench
box squats - bar x 3, 95 x3, 135 x3, 175 x3, 185 x 3, 215 x 1
215 probably sucks on a box squat cause my max is 265 withj a belt and knee wraps, but i just did it a belt, and plus kinda pausing at the bottom really throws me off
