Just start talkin to the guy. If you want to be really direct about it you can just beat him over the head w/ a 30 lb dumbbell and drag him out unconscious.
:FRlol:

Tre - you have an icredible bod & you know what your doing in the gym. He's probably nervous around you. Just be friendly & funny & he'll probably ask you out. - or since you both do the same exercises all th time, just ask him if he wants to WO sometime

<sigh>

ok, why do ladies have to make it such an encounter? the stars have to line up and things have to fall into place...

If you are into him: Probe.
Its unsettling to just walk up and strike up a conversation, yes. But...you have the fact that you worked out together briefly, twice going for you. you know some things about him. There should be no problem striking up a conversation. You have somewhat of a "history". You've broken the ice, so to speak. Don't create a roadblock for yourself because he didnt pursue you. You think he's hot, so you don't push. You ASSUME he may be taken. Guess what....he's thinking the same thing. All too many times we put up a false wall of "he probably/she probably's", and it does absolutely no good.

JUST GO FOR IT! :)

just some insight into a guy's mind: we don't read signals, dont spend much time on interpreting hints. we think logically (2+2=4) not emotionally (2+2=well...)
All too often we misread friendliness for interest, so if you are acting nonchalent and saying things that show interest...we might not notice. If you must...feel like you are leading this guy to water.

OK girly -- I met my husband at the gym...... in Spinning class...... I'd been going to Spinning for a couple of weeks & noticed him looking at me, but when I looked back, he looked away. See? One day after class, I was going to lift & he asked if I wanted to lift with him. See?? Then when we were done he asked what I was doing then & if I wanted to go across the street to the bar/restaurant & have a drink. I didn't have anything to change into -- I wore padded shorts for class, so I suggested we go out another day when I could bring something to change into. After that "date" he would wait for me in the parking lot & we'd walk in together & it just went from there. Now we've been married 3 years!!

Is there a bar/restaurant nearby?? Or a juice/coffee bar in the gym? Ask him if he wants to grab a drink/coffee/snack after the gym.......

What's that saying again........."Those who workout together, stay together"?

Just flirt with him, and if he doesn't ask you out then he's either gay or married! :FRlol: Sounds like he sorta likes you anyway! :qt:

Thanks all for the advice. Quite funny actually... Since every guy I've ever dated I asked out. My dad has told me since I was 16 that I was intimidating to guys so they wouldn't talk to me. Ya know... every guy I asked out said the same thing to me... Wh the heck? It's a good thing I'm outgoing and friendly or else I think I would be a poor lonely soul the rest of my life :)
