when i do incline press i get a pain in my shoulder...i've had it for quite a while now and tend to shy away when the pain begins. it's almost like i have tendonitis of the shoulder or rotator cuff - if that's possible.
i'm wondering what other excercises can i do to stimulate growth in the upper chest area.
