Thanks everyone for the support and motivation. And guess what you all were right. Everything went just fine. The only exercise I had to lower the weights on was the wide lat pull down. And only by 10 lbs so I'll take it.
Litloak, I am sorry to hear about your dislocated shoulder, I hope that when you get back into it that you are as fortunate as me. Good luck.
MrPuddlesFl, Yes you are right , I have never had a problem with him wanting to help. I think it is more me than him. I am sometimes too independant. He would jump help me. If I would let him I would never have to load a nother single machine or bar ever. (
Come to think of it that might benifet me)
I chose to do it all on my own. We do work out together but I always pull my load. Thanks for your vote of confidence.
Steelweaver, You were right about the salivationg all over those weights again,
I needed that fix, It is amazing how my whole attitude changed by the time I was finished. I was not down or depressed any more.
As for the deadlifts, I have never tried to go higher than that weight mainly because of my weak wrists. I am now looking for some very good wraps that may help me out. If you know of some let me know.
And thanks for the back advice.. I will try that for the wide lat pull downs, I will concentrate more on my form and see exactly what I am doing wrong. I know that I am pulling my shoulders back and contracting hard for the low row, but I think I am using too much shoulder and delt muscle for the wid lat pull down.
Thank everyone for the motivation, you gals are angels
Everything went just as everyone pedicted GREAT!!!!
