Ok I know there was a post somewhere on how to figure AMR, but I can't remember where. Could someone, anyone, please bump that tread or let me know where to look .
Ok now I am lost here, Isn't that the amount of calories that you are supposed to take in per body weight, aerobic activity, then deplete that by say 500 cal to loose body fat?
I thought that I what term spatts used or mabee it is BMR?
