It's going Going to the gym anywhere between 2-4 days a week. I am kind of eager to find my strength so I have been maxing a bit which I do not plan to do long term. My biceps are very weak (50lbs, 12.x 3 free curl) and my quads (flex @ 90lbs. 10 x 3).... everything else is pretty much where it was 2 years ago although my adductors were at 12x3 @ 130lbs and abductors 12x3 @ 110lbs. I want to lean out not bulk up so I am trying to feel for my happy medium. There was a girl at the gym yesterday... cute little thing but quite sad.... she was fiddling with universal equipment and everything she touched she kept at the lowest weight... 5-10lbs... jeez, why waste your money at the gym.... I can hand her 2 snapple bottles and save her the money. I had forgotten why I dislike commercial gyms though.... I had my eye full of butts hanging out of shorts (which is totally cool on a BBer.... but just a gym whore... no thanks).
lol, there´s a girl like that at the gym, couple of dudes at the gym call her "attention whore" because she is thin and pretty but she works out in like panty/boxers and a micro top and she never changes, she actually walks like 2 miles to the gym wearing just that the sad part is she can never work out right becuase is always checkin if her thong or butt crack is showing...
