I can't stand this bullshit anymore!

Actually, i can see Ulters side also, there are people out there who probably need more than others. Its all genetics. I too gained over 20lbs using sust 250 a week my first time. I dont think newbies should ever go over 500 for there first time. I think 200 test and 200 eq is the perfect newbie cycle. Every persons body chemistry is different. That is why some people can take ephedra daily with no problems, and others can take one pill and have a heart attack. Everything is different for everybody, everywhere in the world. I should be a philosopher. Bam

lol,,,, I am 260 lbs and have never been over 750 mg a week of test,,,,, my first cycle was 200 mg of deca a week for 10 weeks and that put decent size on me. Too many people use gear to compensate for their lack of training and nutritional knowledge. I say use only what is needed to grow.

hopefully the neubees will take heed!!!

RADAR ( YES i know how to spell newbie-thank you!)

There is a post right now about a guy asking about 1k mg of test a week first cycle. I would totally have to agree, dont substitute more gear for less work in the gym. I dont hit the gym near hard enough and i pull great gains, with small dosages. These huge dosages are why people have such negative thoughts about steroids. Lets help these beginners (including me) start off at an easy pace, i hate seeing these Headlines of young athletes dying from gear.

Hey bro, admittedly I haven't read the whole thread but I will say this.

Your post that started this thread seems to imply that you are stating facts. You are not stating facts, you are stating opinions.

I recognize that sometimes people advise first cycles to be heavier than they should be, but I perceive that just as often they advise cycles to be lighter than they should be. That's my opinion.

I agree that people should start relatively low (e.g. 500 mgs. of test per week with anti estrogens on hand, or just taken as a matter of course even before any sign of trouble) at first to see how they react. But IMO it is silly to advise someone to start with 250 mgs. per week of test.

Also, I think it is easy for individuals like you, who obviously respond very well to relatively lower doses, to assume that others will as well.

Personally, I don't respond to higher doses and use more gear than people much bigger than me. I suppose that if I did respond better I'd be much bigger than 6'0", 200 lbs., at about 8-9%. But that's the cards I've been dealt.

BTW I started with 250 mgs. of sustenon per week (I actually shot with the 18 gauge cannons that come with the preloads, lol). I wish I had know better.

All I'm saying is that this is at least to some extent a matter of opinion.

BTW, I always enjoy a good rant, sometimes I even enjoy them when I disagree. Its pretty entertaining when somebody melts down.

Respect and out.

Amen!

Yea, Quadsweep, for giving the message that cannot be repeated too often.

There are a lot of youngsters on these boards who are at the age where they think it's cool to drink ten beers, pass out and vomit all over the interior of their Dad's car.

Taking the same idiotic "more is better" approach to gear can cause serious side effects that these ignorant kids don't know or care about. Most teenage boys don't even realize doing gear or GH at their age is likely to mean they WILL ALWAYS STAY 5'7", for the rest of their lives. Nice work, boys!

Wake up, children! Listen to Uncle Quadsweep!

I never touched gear until I was over 25, and have always used conservative doses. Now I'm over 40 and my avatar will show you how I look. That's the result of using SMALL doses.

Besides the serious damage mega-doses can do to your physical and mental health, Quadsweep's right that these Big Dose Boys nearly always look like SHIT ... big bloated blobs of fat and flesh covered with oozing boils and zits, with big disgusting guts hanging over their lifting belts.

Who has EVER thought this was a cool way to look? Liked the say, the most important bodypart in training is your BRAIN. Use it, guys, use it!
