I can't stand this bullshit anymore!

Quadsweep, this post is so pertinent. Guys I just had a heart attack at 44, juice? No one is for sure but why take the chance. Start with small cycle's..listen to this guy. He knows what he is talking about.
 
Damn good post Quad....Here is my personal history.. 6'0 , high metabolism, hard gainer. Graduated high school in '90 weighing 110lbs at 6'0... off to college and started hitting the weights.. after 4 1/2 years, got to 155 lbs, so roughly 10 lbs / year i gained.
continued working out for another 4 yrs.

98 and 26 yrs old, decide to do my 1st cycle , Sus at 250/wk for 6 wks. Thats all i had.. Went from 170 to 186 lbs. kept half the weight i gained.

May 2002 decided to do my 2nd cycle.. 10 redijects split over 8wks,start 250 and tapered up to 375 for a few weeks, then back down to 250/wk... at the time at 175 lb to 192lbs. Heaviest ever in my life...

May 2003, did a tt Eq cycle with one 10 cc bottle for 7 wks, 300/wk and went from 183 lbs to 189 lbs.. Now, sitting at 188 lbs.

Happy with my results each time.. Couldve done higher dosages, but didn't know how much it would affect me post cycle...Only regret is the jawline cycstic acne after each cycle...

I got flamed on here for being a newbie for the short and low dose cycles on here, but worked for me due to strict diet, motivation, and training... 9 wks since i finished my eq cycle, i still chart everything i eat based on cal/protein content.. Very bland diet, but works for me this summer.

Thank you! Sounds to me like you are on the right track here. I did not go over 500mg for 5 years! I can not believe this post came back. I attached the link to make a point on another thread but going back and reading it made me realize how good of a post it was...probably my best...Probably why I am now a Mod. Anyway...you are on the right track bro, any questions PM me.

I brought this back mainly because you made some excellent points that recently need to be readdressed. Thanks...
 
I think genetics plays a major role. Why is it that a lot of people will say go with low dosages while many others will say go with higher ones? Genetics, IMO.

One thing I have changed my mind about is the first cycle. I used to think that it should be a big one so you can take advantage of your "virgin receptors," but now I think it's better to start off low since it might just work for you.

My first cycle of 200mg/week of deca was somewhat of a waste for me, but so was any higher dosed cycle. Around 500-700mg total is a good dose for me IMO, that is if I cycle again sometime.

A person has NO idea how they will react to these drugs (did you all forget these were drugs) I knew a guy who did 500mg a week of sust and blew up with so much water he developed a slight case of pulmonary edema. You tell people to use 1000mg or more their first time out! Remember you are not doctors, Hell I can't believe half of you can type. Newbies do not need that much gear. It is like the first time you took Tylenol. One or two work great. If you are a newbie and you are reading this take my advice and take it slow. It will save your health and you pocket book. If you are one of the dumbasses I am speaking of, quit giving ignorant advice to make yourself sound hard core. High dosages don't make you a badass, Good genes, proper nutrition, Hard as fuck training and using gear as a tool to make it all work is what makes you a badass and also an intelligent person with some sense. If anyone is offended because they are one of the people I am speaking of....Go to the USA in July, I will be there.....Ready to throw down!:mad:

Ditto, you couldnt have said it better. I hate it when newbies get told to take a freaking gram on their first cycle. Its plain ridiculous.
