I can't stand my chest

LOL it's not dangerous...you might want to add something with a little more resistance than pushups...like dumbell bench...

Chest

Yeah, push-ups aint gonna cut it man. And 2 days a week lifting? try 3, making sure you hit every muscle and keep volume LOW. You need to get your BF down some more as well. Bump the cardio to at least 40min at least 4 days a week as well. In my last bulking routine, I did 4 sets over all for chest, 4 sec on the negative part of the movement. I have been cutting for almost 6 weeks now and people still tell me my chest looks bigger. Go figure. I hadn't noticed any size increases myself, just better shape after I started cutting. A lot of the good bros around here can help you out with any questons.

sounds like natural gynocamastia.
go see your doc.

He said nothing about lumps. Estrogenic fat storage is NOT gyno. But we have guys on here whining about having gyno when all they have is fat. From his stats it just looks mainly like it's excess fat storage. It's not very uncommon.

Bro I don't know your status besides being 205 and lost 60lbs..It sounds like you might want to hit the wieghts more then the cardio you will keep burning those calories running but your not replacing the excess skin with enough muscule fibers to fill it out...You shold lift more then you run, you burn calories at the same rate for an hour after you workout whereas you only burn calories at the same rate for an half hour after you do cardio of anerobic.....PM me if you need more info
Some &*^$#@! Karma Please

I have the same problem which turned into gyno... The only sure fire answer is to see a plastic surgeon.

Doesn't sound like gyno to me, but the amount of information provided isn't adequate for anyone here to make that decision. Try yohimburn df.
