I can't stand my chest

I've been dieting and exercising for about 6 months now and I have lost about 60 pounds. The thing is, I still have "manboobs" and I can't stand it anymore. I do about 60 pushups and lift weights 2 times a week as well as run 2.5 miles 3 times a week. I can't get rid of the chest and it's the thing I hate the most about myself. They aren't that large but still very noticable.. and for weighing only 205 now and being able to wear size 36 pants with ease, it really sucks to have to worry about looking good in the shirts I wear. That is the one and only thing I hate about myself and if I can get some help getting rid of them I'd be so happy. Any help?

It sounds like you have extra skin. hopefully as time goes on the skin will tighten up. depending on you r age of course. The younger you are the more elastic your skin is.
Your body lost a lot of weight very quickly, you have to give your skin time to catch up. Keep doing what youre doing.

Thanks for the response. I do feel like there is some fat in there.. that is the problem. I'm wondering if maybe I need to do some better chest exercises to help this problem.

1 word: Yohimburn!

Try it, my friend did and it worked wonders for him. He used it to get rid of those stubborn love handles.

Yohimburn is a topical fat burner. You can read about it and get it here: http://www.yohimburn.com/

Like I said my workout partner used it and started seeing results less than a week later! Good luck bro!

Sounds kinda dangerous.. I'm not one to try oddball fatburning pills and/or items

Yeah bro, I store fat on my chest real badly too. Even at 10% bf I have too much fat on my chest and it looks like crap. Makes all my hard work seem wasted. This year it looks a lot better because I added a bunch of size to my chest.

I got rid of much of the fat by using non-aromatizing gear while dieting, so I didn't have estrogen holding that fat. DNP also helped a lot, but I wouldn't recommend that because you're not into fatburning shit.

So basically the only way to deal with that problem is to drop your fat even more and lift more than twice a week.

I agree, keep dropping your bodyfat by staying on a calorie restricted diet, and you'll get there. Cardio will help you get there, but diet is #1. If you do the cardio, don't pig out afterwards, you'll ingest twice the calories you just burned off!
