I Can't Seem To Flatten My Stomach!!

JUICESEEKER

One of my biggest physical flaw is a big stomach. I am starting to think it is part of my make up. I have been working hard to flatten my stomach but nothing seems to work. I want to have a six pack by the middle of summer. Can somebody tell me what to do? Is it possible for everybody to have a flat six pack stomach?

Yeah there is. have you been dieting and doing cardio? Add some fiber to your diet that may help, but diet is key.

Crunches daily, and a nice cycle of DNP! Works better than ANYTHING else for fat loss. :p

Fiber helps clean out your intestines. Metamucil isnt too bad.:)

I don't think it is just fat. I think my stomach muscles are just loose so that it looks fat. I think i have always had a loose stomach. But there is a little bit of fat on there. So is it safe to say that every human on the face of the earth can have a six pack stomach?

if at first you don't succed, try try agian..i've been trying to have a 6 pac for the last 6 years..i came really close once...bro, you always have to try somehting new to cross that platue. Cardio, reduction in calories, maybe low carbs, the right drugs...ect..

I myself am presently aiming for 27-28 inch waist within a couple months. I'm presently at 29-30 so it shouldn't take too long. I think the key is diet and progressive weight loss. I like to diet for a 2-3 weeks at a time, then take a few weeks off eating at maintenance or a bit above to try to gain a bit more, then repeat. Works well. I keep fat off and do make good gains. I always eat clean though. For me, cheating is a couple cans of beans. It's a lifestyle I think. If you want to look the part then you have to live it if that makes sense. and that pretty much means saying goodbye to shit foods IMO. Anyway, I'm trying pgf2a for the last couple inches so I can let you know how it goes if you like. Oh, and personally I never work abs - I've always been afraid of making my abs grow and increasing my waist size.

I don't know about anybody else..., but the moment I decrease my carb intake, my abs become very noticable. my pants start falling down my hips...everybody has abs the key is to get rid of the extra fat arounD it...the best way: DIET!!!

I just cut my carbs off after 3pm for about a month, and it help out alot. In conjuction with a strong diet, and a good work out program, and last but not least genetics. my man

1. yes, everyone can have abs
2. yes, diet is the #1 most important thing, cardio next, although some types of gear assist here too right? like clen...
3. fiber helps because it binds to fat in your stomach and kind of carries the fat and other crap (pun) all the way out of your body before your intestines have the chance to pull the fat out and deposit it on your stomach (men) or hips/butt (women).

as far as belly sticking out.. stretching hamstrings and lower back.. bad posture is rampant among bodybuilders...

also do the "vaccuum".. it helps A LOT

of course losing fat and working abs is also essential

Abwheel is an awesome thing!!! a wheel with two handles... Sit on your knees, stick your butt up, hands on the handles, roll forward to lye down, roll back to get into first position. I do five sets of fifteen DAILY. I got six pack. but boy, I eat pizza or other shit for two weeks (my last vacation) and it's GONE...
my buddies at the gym are BIG, but not as defined as i am...
i have no idea how, but i made them to do one excersise that BUSTS your abs really well.
On your pulley (down) connect rope. Sit down on your knees face forward. hold rope with hands around your neck, dive forward to touch floor with your forhead, then back. Fucking aih... My buddy who thought he is going to have flabby abs forever is shocked how well it worked for him. In a year his belly is almost gone. Now it's time to get difined. And that is why he uses some paper to get there before summer (the high for today here is 35)...
My English is not perfect, but you get good idea where I stand with flabby abs. They don't have to exist. Just work on it and keep your diet...

I think I am going to try to add fiber to my diet and see how that works since summer is coming around the corner.

Golfer is right. Over the years of eating red meat men can have build up in their intestines causing the abdominal area to protrude (true!). Eating lots of fiber and going on a colon detox can help and is a good idea for health purposes.
