Funny thing, from what I understand the guys who make money like this aren't even in it for the money. It is all about closing the deal... the high comes from getting "Bob" to send you a big fat check and we are talking this is someone that you've never even met.

Then within a week he sends you a check for hundreds of thousands of dollars.

I basically expect to be getting the loan whenever I talk to a person anymore. Almost everything I get anymore is because of the relationships I have with people, so it's a lot less stressfull than it used to be.

yeah, i wish i had that. all my existing clients love me but i never seem to get many referrals out of them. not sure why. i probably just need to sign up with intouchtoday or a similar company and send them shit, including my business cards.

cold calling is stressful, but i have fun with it as long as i don't take off from it too long.

like i haven't prospected in a few days and i'm about to hit the phones right now and i got god damn anxiety.

it'll go away after the first few calls though.

Try that site I sent you. Seriously. My realtors have been a little slow lately so I just tried it for the hell of it. It's $12K in revenue for $240 spent so far.

I know a commodity broker I used to work with made $500k in his first year out of college at 21 years old. Yes he did work all day and spent most all his time in Asia but he checked and cashed it in. Well the entire firm went shit we all got bought out by an Asian firm and guess what, Asians only to hire only Asians? shocking.

Kid is now at Intel making 70k a year........ he saved though. spent most but saved and doing well but he doesnt piss gold anymore

In sales you can't let the lows get to you I seen many of my co-workers down word spiral on a bad month. A low point should make you hungry as fuck to go out there battle it close any and every sale you can.
