I bagged a big one last month and the appraisal came at $1,500,000 not $1,750,000 and I can do a no ratio loan up to 75% LTV. The borrower is so pissed but he needs cash out so I will still at least get the deal. He needs cash out. Bad

I am pumped as I hope to work on his NYC residence as well.

I have 3 large loans this month that are going pay me quite well if they all fund though. I just need to cross my fingers.

my sophomore year of college I sold cars at a dealership and did quite well, I made more then a few of my professors that year actually. I would personally say I did work harder then them.

You gotta keep that pipe full. Best way to set yourself up for disaster is to count on what you have in and sit there with your fingers crossed.
