...and it's OK. Better than the online tracker, but it doesn't track BF or LBM. Only BMI, which is totally worthless, in my opinion. I already emailed FitDay and suggested they add BF tracking in their next version. :D

I wish I were a software developer. There are improvements that could be made with this and other fitness trackers that seem so simple to me, but are never included.

1.) time of day meals are eaten
2.) ability to seperate your food into meals and name them (meal 1, PWO meal, etc)
3.) vitamin & suppliment tracking
4.) BF and LBM tracking (throw away the BMI)
5.) seperate tracking for water consumption with daily goal of water intake
6.) customization of macronutrient ratios with reports that show percentages, not grams

etc, etc, etc

I wish it would allow you to track sugar intake in grams or whatever..... I input a lot of custom foods based on the label & a lot of labels now include the g's of sugar....

Short one, do you think this program would be ok for a beginner?

The online version is FREE so try it out & see if you like it before you buy it....
