The ex's mom called me telling me that said pigfucker ex is going to sue me for full custody of my pet human. I was going to be nice and only go for sole custody even though she doesn't even have her the minimal legal amount for a non custodial parent. I also wasn't going to seek support, even though I pay for everything including the daycare while I'll be at school.

The only hitch in my giddyup is that I'm so broke I can't pay attention and I need to pay a deposit to my attorney to get things going. This is happening ahead of schedule.

I don't think the mom knows she got an atty. I have a feeling the married BF is going to chip in. I'm pretty sure I'll come out on top here, I was just hoping to keep it as civil as possible. Mediation, etc.
