starting today with squats hi volume in the 300 range ,but you're right last time i was in the hospital ther were etting ready to run a cameraa down my mouth, the day before they went in the back door ,looking for an ulcer, the nurse had a new girl and asked me to roll over, i replied "i thought yall was going in the other way" she said we are ,she wants to see your ass, so i rolled over ,i think she almost freaked out!
my butt is ripped after doing all of those heavy squats, and to think those ladies had a dirty mind, turned my procedure into a peep show, no telling what theey said while i was under the anstesia.
When i woke up my butt was red i think some of those gals enjoyed spanking me!
