Agreed.
I find it is important to take pictures a few times a year. There were times when I thought I was a fat slob and now I look back and realize I was peeled to high hell and I wish I still looked like that. It seems the more progress I make the more critical I can be of myself.
That said, I am slowly taking off the chub again. I want to get down to 230 for the summer.
