whats up bro...I had made a post about this before...but long story short, I really want to target delts...thats it. NOt traps. I feel that since I over developed traps ( for like 3 years I would do traps and dumbell shoulder press, thats it ) that now when I do shoulder press with dumbells, or standing lateral raises, the next day the only thing soar are my traps. I don't know if that maybe I overdeveloped the belly of the trap muscle to the point that they almost ALWAYS respond. For one year I have not touched traps, and Feel my physique looks alot better (needed a XXL shirt for my wedding because neck didn't fit). Any suggestions?
