it will just be the goods, and to the point

it will be quite simple yet elegant and uncommon in ideas


it will be a series done in a very basic pamphlet paperback
 
Diminishing returns

The Pecs for a moment disengage as the stress of the load cascades from Chest over unto the delts an tris as it loads the shoulder complex.
So if only for a moment you ruin the movement by taking stress away from the muscle your trying to hit, which IS chest.

You also set your self up for potential Shoulder injury.

I have changed over to your Flye routine...Holy Ball Suckin' Mules, Batman!
My old chest is sore and growing, and I don't have sore delts! Genius !
I always thought that going as far down as possible would strech the pec, which I'm sure it does, however, at the end of a set I felt my shoulders had been worked more then my chest. I do flyes with 60, 70, 80 lbs. 6 sets to failure. Same applies on the bench. 2/3 range up and down really nails the middle chest...THANKS BIG O! :beer:
