going into the 5th set of db flys, my forearms were aching and my chest
felt like it had been napalmed. the 2nd movement ( incline db press )
brought sheer agony and by the time i reached the 6th set i figured
i was finished. i somehow managed the 7th and took a 5 minute break
before tackling delts. BRUTAL! i fucking love it.
can any of these movements be performed on a smith?
