I feel our way is THE way for BODYBUILDING purposes but of course NOT the only way......

am just happy many wont make the years of mistakes, wasted time and effort or injuries I learned from :(

I'll try out that pec routine as well Omega. The problem I have is that my chest is huge - lot's of area to cover with broad shoulders. The outer pec is fully developed but the middle is far behind.

I'll try anything. Cable crossovers are the best I've found for that spot so far.
 
The Incline DBs should be your staple

ON the DB flys IF you hold and sustain the contraction it will fill in Mid chest VERY fast

do not stop doing flys till you find the groove that not only burns but Also pumps blood into the region


it took me 4 full workouts to find this groove

omega, i am no stranger to intensity..........but jesus h. christ!!!!

going into the 5th set of db flys, my forearms were aching and my chest
felt like it had been napalmed. the 2nd movement ( incline db press )
brought sheer agony and by the time i reached the 6th set i figured
i was finished. i somehow managed the 7th and took a 5 minute break
before tackling delts. BRUTAL! i fucking love it.

can any of these movements be performed on a smith?

Save the Smith machine For military presses later on after you do chest

that will bring it all together at the end

Every gram of protein you consume after that workout will go straight to your Chest/Delt Complex

had 50 grams of whey isolate with a quart of gatorade post...... am consuming meal #6 as i type. :)
