I am back after a year.

I dont recognize many handles, but everything is new anyway.

I took the last three monthes off of heavy training, ( mostly lighter weights, more cardio, and stretching, But now must enter the pain zone once again. I really lost it this time, I had peaked at 300 lbs, at 14% on may 1st of this year, and all hell broke loose.

My girlfriend and I broke up, I moved again, Started working back at my old job, and went into meltdown. O well, Thats the past, today I start again.

I am currently at 265, at 12.5% ( MOOOooooo), and my arm size is dramatically smaller ( insert explative here). I am looking forward to catching up with some of those who remember me, and reading the new posts.

Ladies and gentlemen Let's train.

( O, and by the way, For those who like flaming people for no reason, read a few of my old posts before you decide to flame me).

Welcome back big man. 265 at 12.5% dont seem bad from my perspective. Hell, i wish i was there.

I just read your profile. I'm moving to AZ in about a month. I'm always looking for bigger guys to spar. I'm 6'2" 265, so its difficult to find well trained guys taller than me, so most of my experience is with smaller guys. I don't train serious anymore(too many injuries), but I like to freestyle with other knowledgable people when I get the chance. I'm going to be building a ring and mat area in my house out there, can't wait.

Sore as hell.

Just did my intro chest back workout two days ago, since when do I get ripped sore from pushups?

I will admit to being out of shape, but my pecs are sore to the sternum from just three sets of pushups to failure. I can not wait till the real training get's underway. Sunday is weak spot training and I will be hitting arms seriously for the first time in months. When I stopped last my pumped measurement was almost twenty inches, but now they are a sad ninteen, and without a pump around eighteen and a quarter ( Now that sucks).

Thanks for the encouragement, Muscle memory is a blessing, and I should have my lean mass back to 255. lbs in about two months.
My martial training is going well Thaibox, but I could use a sparring partner to work with so I am all for that.

Can't wait till I can handle the heavier wieghts though, just the piddley little workout on wed gave me a great pump, now It will be awesome to really dig deep and fill those fibers up.

Well it's off to work, I will keep everyone aprised of my self iduced butt-kicking on sunday.
