Ok lemme tell you my stats first. My diet has been very clean protein and carbs and i have been eating like a monster. I weigh about 190 pounds, with bf of 12.3%, i am 5'8'' and 20 years old. I want to drop about 10-15 pounds over the next month or two. Im lifting a variation of the 5x5 and have been doing so for a while now (4 months). I went to like GNC to look at some fat burners and saw hydroxy cut, someone i know recommended it to me. They make multiple kinds now though, they have hardcore, 24hr, and the regular one whcih one should i take? I tried lipo6 before with no results to be found. I figure i am going to do about 30-45 minutes a day 4-5 days a week. do you think this will do it for me and i will be able to reach my goal?
